I love the company, the staff was very nice and helpful, as I sat in the store on the furniture I did not want to leave! The store has a very calming atmosphere, and just a plus, everything is so comfy. I bought several items with my family, I got the yogibo support for myself in lavender. The color is very nice and soothing, the product is very comfortable and supports my neck and back very nicely. Definitely check out the store if you are in the area, I definitely recommend this company and the products really just to everyone!

Bought mine about a year and a half ago. When I bought it refiles were free. They lied to me and my brother who bought his 6 months ago. Great product but as far as thier word it don't mean anything. Plan on spending to refill which a 50 lb bag was supposed to fill two big ones For 50$. It filled half of two for my brother's two big ones.
On a side note when you go to refill..... duct tape the funnel onto the bag and seal any other exits. You will thank me from savings you a mess
New update to my post. Now they tell me there is only a one year warranty on seems for the bag where when I purchased mine it was a lifetime. Got 3 witnesses
