      image Staff was very professional and communitive. My vehicle taking right in. Out in less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation.. Can't tell you the last time I didn't spend 2+ hours at a garage.

      image I was helped by Bob at the Vestal Firestone. He was extremely helpful and personable, and gave me an honest assessment of my vehicle. Hard to know who you can trust sometimes at establishments similar to this one, but Bob and the other associates Ive worked with have always treated me honestly and fairly. This is added to the list of great experiences Ive had at this site.
