        To be honest I called with just a simple question about the cost of a service and instead of making me have an appointment for an estimate, they kindly answered my question over the phone without wasting my time. I really appreciated that. In the future when I need plumbing services I will remember this great customer service.

        I dropped a diamond earring down the drain and the faucet needed to be fixed. Tom came with slippers over his shoes ( I was happy with that ) retrieved my earring and fixed the faucet. He did great, was fast and I couldn't be happier with their service.
