I recently purchased a car from them. I knew i would have to put money into the car being that it was used. I did my own carfax which cleared the car from salvage, floods, or any major accidents. But there was a lien on the car, when i went to the DMV i was denied registration because some papers were missing. I went back to the dealer and he (Hassan) informed me thats all the papers he had. After a week long wait for these papers, i had him go register the car for me being that i have a busy schedule. Finally got it registered only to see that they were trying to charge me for new plates. Why? I already have plates from my previous car. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, they don't accommodate their customers and try to play stupid. I will be reporting them to the Better business Bureau

Purchased a high model car from with low miles from royal motors located at 780 W merrick rd valley stream ny 11580...had a horrible experience with this dealership...I paid the full amount in advance and they still held the car for over 5 days...their excuse was: "we wanted to drive around the car for a few days and make sure theres nothing wrong with it" which was complete BULLSH***...Later on I found out the car was never ready for inspection and they had to drive around the car for awhile till they get the green light (it was an issue that they fixed before they put the car up for sale...they took all the money for the car first and then they held the car for over 5 days to fix it)...when they tell me to come down and pick up the car I find out they put an EXTRA 1XXX miles on the car...the car that I already paid for in full...later on I found out the car was involved in a SERIOUS ACCIDENT and the whole right side was painted...they gave me a FAKE CARFAX...I contacted the carfax and I found out there was an accident reported to the carfax...but they gave me a clean carfax...all the other reviews speaks for itself...if you are smart and dont wanna loose your hard working money>>>>THEN YOU WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! I'm trying to get all the people who were a VICTIM of this dealership together and do a lawsuit against these scam artists!!!!

Just bought a Cadillac CTS from them. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Service was very good. Car looks good, Runs and rides great. If no problems occur with the car I would recommend them to anybody

Had a bad experience with Royal Motors. Had a number of problems with the car since we purchased from them. Also the information provided on their website about the car was different to what was in the carfax (number of owners/ service history). They also failed to fix an existing air conditioning program which the sale was conditional upon and then just started ignoring my calls. I wouldn't recommend shopping here!

Clean and great low mile cars. I was tired and scared of all the bullsh-t I heard from dealers but these guys really helped me see it diffrently. I highly recommend these guys. They are great.
