Gonna miss Toys R Us but not there Staff they be rude. A worker walked by an aisle I was in and sad we need to stop these mother f***ers from touching these dam strollers. It easily turned me off of buying one and I walked off.

I would not shop there. They are going out of business. They attempt to lure you store by offering a "going-out-of-business sale". Firstly, the sale is only up to 30% off and most items are only 10% off. Secondly, and more importantly, a lot of the items are defective and since they are going out of business you cannot return them. I bought a toy for my son which was broken as soon as it came out of the box, but there was nothing I could do about it. Everything is final sale. I suggest buy your toys somewhere else even if it is a drop more expensive!

I had to give it one star so my review would show. This place is literally a horror show. Doesn't matter the time or season. This place is my ulitmate last resort! Last night pretty much sold it. On guest service line 45 mins....not because it was busy (it was actually empty in fact) because the two genius workers decided that me and 2 other ppl were invisible. They checked out 3 ppl and infront of me and then just stopped working. Another worker came over and asked for price check and then asked if we were being helped. I told her no, so she asked the two in the back did you check them out for in store pick up and both thier reply was.....oh didnt even know what they wanted. Maybe because you never said next or how can I help you. How and why did you get a job in customer service?!? I can tell you their schedules thought because most of the complaints was omg why did they put me schedule until 2am. I dont wanna be here omg!!!! AVOID AT ALLLLLLL COST!
