Ensari's Collection

Workers at this store don't speak the English language spoken in the USA. one on one customer dealing is needed in this store and no interference w/ worker and boss when showing or seeing products. Lack of communication. This is a public store open to the public and customers do not like minority immigrant people working who cannot speak the language and do customer service. Why?Why? Beats me

Owners are very nice, friendly and helpful, They’ve always nice collection of clothes and very reasonable prices. more than a year I don’t go anywhere else whenever I need to buy something (clothes, scarfs, jewelry and stuff )I always buy from them and they help me out to choose the best for me like a family or friends.

My family and I have been going to this store for at least a year. They treat us like family. I prefer them over the ones on Jamaica and Richmond Hill because their merchandise are unique and gorgeous. And the price is always right. They got my business the first day I stopped there. My children and I had walked to a nearby appt, from St Albans (linden and Farmers). On my way back, I saw their display so I went in. I bought a few things and they tried to give some free stuff to my children. I tried to refuse but they wouldn't accept my refusal. Then when they heard I was walking. They said that's too far. I said it was okay I wanted to exercise but they wouldn't let my children walk back that far. The wife, Ms Ameena, asked the husband to drive me home. He does Uber sometimes so I was assured that he was safe. I was so in shocked to find such kindness and thoughtfulness, even my children were amazed. I don't like to leave reviews, but they keep going above and beyond their customer care that I promised myself to leave a review this time. I had a wedding to attend to and forgot to get something for my son. I called them; they met me at the shop early. I only had an hour. They both had options ready for me and my son to choose from. They were not even ready to open the store yet, but they said they don't live far. They came to serve my need, at the last moment. They treat their customers as family. I feel bad when they keep opening stuff for me to see when I just say something looks nice. I could never leave that place without something in my hands. They would either send something for my children or I'm buying something because I'm weak when it comes to great customer service. They don't force me to buy but they're warmth is exceptional.
