I have worked with John for 3+ years and he helped me manage our property as we lived 5000 miles away. He was prompt with responses, honest and constantly looked out for our best interest.
He was integral in recovering $10k in past due rent, guiding us through 2 evictions and a law suit!
I wish I had found him earlier. If I had another property that needed to be managed, I would use him in a heart beat!

Do something about allowing people to go in on there own on Saturdays it gets me mad I had to look u guys up online no one would give me ur number to complain but they slipped up and at least told me the name of u guys

I've known John for quite a while now- (our business overlaps frequently) That's how I first met him. He's a man of integrity, and good character- a straight-shooter. So, I often have conversations/relationships with Real Estate Sales-Managers that NEED someone to handle a property (or properties). -- So I refer John. -- I even will advise my friends (with a rental house in the family) to use John. I know I can trust him. I myself, am a very "Handy" guy, (I've renovated kitchens / etc...) so I COULD do things on the fly for people... since my own clients trust me. but I know my limits. I'd rather refer people to a professional like John.
