Been coming here since is was 12 and now Im 25 (so maybe the first red flag). I have to come in once a year for the same reoccurring issue. The doctor has always been nice enough. I go once and then dont call back until the next year when the same issue pops up. Almost without a doubt every time I come someone is yelling at the front desk staff. I always thought they were just angry people but I have been calling them for the last 3 months and no one can get back to me or give me straight answers. The front desk staff is not helpful and is quite rude.

i take care of my dad both of us would come here not any more i had to come  alone few times to see pedicurist and   this week had to reschedule and  they tried to charge me 25  dollars  well there is a new law  in effect google it  for private and non private drs who do this will be fined 5 grand  i told them this n they ban me from the office see you in court

Office staff was extremely pleasant, wait time good, however worst experience I ever had with a dr. Saw Dr Haight, he is only in business to make  money. I've been to many doctors and never saw such poor care. I went for the treatment of a wart. The usually course of treatment is the doctor treats the wart by applying a topical medication. He did nothing but tell his assistant to put a band aid on my wart and sent me to the front desk to purchase his very own wart treatment kit for $40. Will not return.

Dr Caprioli heard my symptoms as a new patient, squeezed me in, and gave the absolute best care. He took the time to find out what was wrong and explain what was going on. He truly cares about the outcome of the treatment unlike other physicians I have previously seen. At no point was I confused as to what anything meant or what i needed to do since everything is explained clearly and you arent rushed out of the door. Between Dr Caprioli, his ever so friendly and knowledgeable medical assistant Angie, and the x-ray tech Anna who feels your pain as she takes your x-rays and apologizes for each painful one but explains their importance, a painful experience was a not so painful experience! I definitely recommend for anyone who has foot or ankle needs, to go see Dr Caprioli! You wont be disappointed!
