I had the shingles replaced and gutters redone at my house by Brothers Aluminum earlier this year in January. Last month, there was a leak in the roof and we asked Brothers Aluminum to repair it. After the first repair, it was still leaking and we had to catch the water in buckets in the attic until they can send someone to service it. They had to come a total of three times to repair it because each time the repair did not work and now we have yet to see if it's going to leak again. They had to reschedule twice and were late all three times. It's been an absolute nightmare working with this company. The leak should never had happen in the first place since we paid so much money to have our roof done. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Since becoming homeowners my wife and I have used a number of companies for renovations/services. My only regret was not finding Brothers sooner. Normally, I do not write reviews but Theo and Chris and their teams deserve to be appreciated and recognized for their professional service. This spring we used Brothers for a major renovation....siding, windows, masonry, portico, extension, framing...it was a project with many moving parts. Although renovations are exciting, they can be costly and stressful. I quickly realized that Brothers was in a different tier from the other companies I have previously used. Any concerns I had were quickly eased. Everyone we encountered was professional, punctual and efficient. Theo went above and beyond when it came to communication and organization. I was never left guessing if workers were going to show up and If we had a question or concern Theo answered it promptly. If we wanted to change something within reason, he found a way to make it work. The siding and masonry teams were well oiled machines as well as the carpenters, electricians and any other workers on the project. As stated above, renovations can be costly and although this was a large project (during Covid times no less) I never felt like this company was monetarily taking advantage. The quality of the service far surpassed my expectations and any quotes we received I felt were fair. We have a few more projects in mind and I can say with confidence Brothers will be my first option. This company is proof that there are still people out there that not only do their jobs well but also take the utmost pride in their work. Since we recently had a great experience with Brothers Aluminum installing siding on our house, we decided to have them come back and install a solid vinyl soffit to the unfinished ceiling in our sunroom. Once again they did a professional job and it looks great!

We recently had our house sided, new windows and a portico added. My house went through a complete transformation. I can’t say enough about the brothers team & what an amazing job they did. Mike was great and knew exactly what I wanted. I shared pictures with him and his team was able to execute. Hugo, Pete & Jeremias were wonderful.
