        I found a recipe for lamb chops from Kinderhook Farm on the Hudson Connection Facebook page, which brought me to visit their beautiful farm store. I have been back several times since, and each time I go I find the person at the counter to be friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great cooking advice for any meat they sell- which is an astounding variety. Dont miss an opportunity to visit here.
