This is a company I used when we first had our pool installed years ago.. They did maintenance and pool closing for us one year when we were too busy to maintain on our own.  I spoke to Jesus  on June 3 reminded him that he had serviced our pool in the past and schedule an appt for a week later for Saturday June 12th .  I texted him the information as he requested. After our appt was scheduled other companies called back and I didn't schedule any other appt expecting Jesus to show up to our appointment. We  required a pool liner replacement but because of shortage on supplies we were agreeable to having the pool repaired instead to be able to use the pool for the summer and have liner replaced at a later date. I texted him the day before our appt to confirm but I didn't any text back. I called instead and spoke to him to confirm our appt with a time frame of 8 a.m.-12 p.m. for the next day. We waited all morning and they were a no show. I gave a 30 minute window before I called and it went straight to voicemail but the mailbox was not accepting messages. I texted him asking if they were running late and if he was still on his way, but no answer. We waited all day and as the hours passed I had a feeling we were being blown off, but we remained optimistic until the end of the day with no calls, no texts and a no show. It was very clear that keeping our appt wasn't important nor was giving us a call back to be courteous was going to happen. Of course we are now in July and other companies are too busy. If I knew Jesus was not going to keep his appt or bother to call and reschedule I would have scheduled the other companies that had called back. I was being a loyal customer to his company and it looks as though he was not going to do the same for us. I am giving this company 1 star for their unprofessionalism. A call back would have been appreciated or answering the phone would have been considerate but not answering the phone is just plain rude, blowing a customer off is just a terrible thing to do to someone and shows how unreliable they can be. I'm sure he will get work but eventually what Jesus did to us he will eventually do to others. I would think twice before using them since there are other companies out there that wouldn't do this.
