We are first time homeowners and moved into an older home. We quickly discovered that the plumbing required a good bit of care. Vinny and his partner came by to help us both times on a Sunday. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and he also gave us a lot of information about the drain system and how to avoid future problems. Kyle at the main office was also really helpful with scheduling and even called to let us know that Vinny was on his way. In short, I would recommend Drain Kleen in a heartbeat. They did a really good job. They came on a Saturday after 2 days of heavy rain They were quick and efficient, pleasant, and professional. And the fee was comparable to other plumbers work during the week. I would highly recommend them for future work.

The worst experience. I found this company based on some Next Door's recommendations. The normal price for the work is around $150 to $175. The guy came to my house charge me $325 without tax and told me with tax should be $400!! It was a 15 min work, run the power snaking for seconds only. Not recommend, not reliable company.

I called Drain Kleen about a main drain blockage that was causing me significant disruption and distress. My call was answered on the second ring by a courteous, friendly and professional member of their staff. She took my information and then was able to schedule a same-day visit to my house within a two hour window. They arrived within the window and with their heavy duty equipment were able to clear my drain faster than I expected, and at a cost well less than I anticipated. It was overall an exceptional experience; I highly recommend this business!
