Sprint Store

Ryan Conahan and Aunje were very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked into the store. When I started asking questions about my phone holding a charge and what options were available, he was very knowledgable. I feel they went out of the way to be so accommodating...but I have a feeling it all came naturally. These guys are keepers....give them a bonus! *UPDATE* Got my bill! Grrrr. Ryan told me we were getting a free tablet. Free,, he said. When I asked how much for the service, he said "free". BS! There's a monthly fee...and a credit of some sort....but I'm still paying 5 bucks a month. Plus....Ryan said he could save me money each month. We had 1500 Everything Plan with 4 lines. I was paying about $350 a month. My bill is up another $100. To $450. What the hell??? My daughter and I walked in the door that day so that she could get a new phone. I got more than that ...and I'm NOT a happy camper! I called....Ryan hasn't called me back.

Though I am not using Sprint anymore, the help I got making my plan and ultimately canceling it was a breeze and super informative. The Store Manager Ryan was very patient and very helpful in both phases and I know if I came back to sprint I would be delighted to have his help again.

My experience with this sprint store was fantastic! My husband and I swapped from vzw to Sprint and the manager of this location was knowledgeable and answered all our questions with such patience! He helped us find the best deals and the phone that would best fit our lifestyle. I can't say enough good things about this store and the employees. Thanks for everything!!

We came in today and WOW the staff is amazing!! James was AMAZING!! He went above and beyond to fix my phone and hold on the line with the tech team. WOW such a great person and rep. Ryan was always great jumping in to help when he could and so sweet! I will travel an extra amount of time just to go here. THANK YOU!!

During our visit at this store we first left frustrated because of things we couldn’t control. One of the store reps when above and beyond to help us. After we left he continued to work on getting us the right phones for the right price and after a few hours called us back with a great deal we couldn’t pass up . Needless to say these guys are awesome! And I would recommend anyone looking to switch to go the there store!
