We were very happy with their service.. we used them a few times. This past Labor Day weekend they told my wife we could rent, but we would need to keep for weekend.. at no extra charge - we were glad to. Clearly, they had Labor Day plans. A text message confirming drop off Friday and pick up Monday was made. My wife was asked to sign, taking responsibility for the blower for the 4 days (damage from rain, elements). She did so. They showed up Tuesday to pick up, instead of Monday. I made it clear to them that not coming the day before bothered me as we had to continue caring for their blower. The response was “you no longer need to rent from us”. Be aware that they will drop off a bounce house and blower, put you on the hook for the equipment, and decide to pick it back up at their convenience, not yours. Addendum: The issue was the blower getting damaged due to rain. The concern wasn't theft. Over 5 days (not 4), we had to "babysit" their blower from damage from the elements. Again, your response is devoid of that understanding.

These guys are awesome, very polite, really friendly, delivered my Bounce House early! Compared to the last company we dealt, with whom came late and picked up same day. We will be long time customers, owners, and employees all seem to be great people!

Wonderful experience! We rented a bounce house for our son’s birthday and they had endless fun. Everyone that we worked with was so nice and accommodating! The bounce house was competitively priced and well maintained and clean! My questions before the event were answered promptly. We will be using them again in the future and recommending them to all of our friends and family!
