Be Cool Air Conditioning

We had the perfect storm of bad circumstances. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, while we were out of town, our house sitters alerted us that the furnace stopped working. We called our traditional service group but they did not respond. We contacted Be Cool, and as anticipated they were booked for the day. However we were told they would reassess when their technicians came back in,. We were called back within 30 minutes and they were able to do an emergency visit. The technicians arrived and were friendly and professional. They immediately discovered the problem, And heat was restored within 15 minutes of their arrival. In this work climate, most companies will only serve existing customers for emergencies. I suppose that’s what we will be from this point forward!

Very friendly and knowledgeable guys. Came to hook up our new ice maker here at Safe Haven Nutrition! They Took the time to make sure it was running correctly and showed us all about the communication board! We totally recommend this company to anyone that needs their services.

Charged 10K on a job they quoted 5K on, Don't return service or emergency calls. Good personal presence, but nothing else...

The owner Heath, figured out a problem in five minutes, that another contractor couldn't figure out in nine months. He was very reasonable, and seems like a really good guy.. I will use him going forward.
