My oil-fired water heater leaked and blew out my system. I contacted Cesar Padilla and within 24 hours it was repaired and is working wonderfully. Cesar and his crew are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I have used Padilla's Plumbing before and will definitely use them again. During my home addition and kitchen renovation project, I interviewed a few companies for the plumbing component. Cesar Padilla displayed professionalism from day 1- He was never pushy or tried to rush an answer to any of my questions. He also had no issues to agreeing to 2 follow up meetings at my home to ensure we covered every base before signing on the dotted line. I knew I made the right choice when Cesar and his crew rolled up in 3 service vans simultaneously at 8:29AM in my driveway the first day and every day afterwards. His crew worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned up every day before leaving. The workmanship was very clean and top shelf materials were used everywhere the eye can see. My opinion was reinforced when the town building code enforcement inspector came to inspect the plumbing work. Inspector stated work (and materials used) went well above minimum code. Now to the price, Cesar's quote was fair considering the Scope of Work. The real value in using Cesar is (IMO) in the absence of agrivation when dealing with Cesar and/or his crew. Highly recommend!
