At this point I will recommend nobody TRY to work for the construction side of this company... This is directed to the real estate department for future professionals , I encountered what I perceived to be racially discriminatory basis and unfairness during a job securement, which left a bad taste in my mouth that was disheartened and undermined Throughout the interview process, I expected a fair and equitable evaluation based on my qualifications, skills, and experiences relevant to the position. However, I felt that certain action and remarks made after the interview was based on a racial background rather than my professional capabilities. The comments were mask under my lack of experience which is untrue to the position. As a professional, I firmly believe that every individual should be treated with fairness and impartiality, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or any other personal characteristic. EEOC hear about this for sure.

Horrible HR team. My friend got a request from HR personel to request to set up interview call via email and after sending my desired times, HR ghosted her. My friend has full proof of email if the company cares to look into this matter rather than pin drop silence LOL.
