        The lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated at the Bohemia NY office was disgusting. Whoever awards these government contracts out needs to seriously look at the way this place handles its clients.

        The Dept of Health will be investigating this filthy, disgusting, and disgraceful organization. It is unfortunate that a government contracted "healthcare facility" can pose such clear health hazards and risks to the public. Disabled members of the community are forced to endure rude staff, incompetent clinicians and "Evaluations" that last less than 20 minutes. This government funded organization MUST be closed!

        The one in the burgundy hoodie is rude af. Attitude for no reason. I called prior to coming to confirm time that they allow for urine screening and she had attitude even on the phone. Once I came in she was just rude like not sure if shes having a bad day but I doubt this is just a random occurrence.

      IMA takes these allegations very seriously. We encourage this organization to contact us directly so that we can investigate this matter further. All IMA offices are sanitized throughout the day and meet all public health guidelines and inspections. Our staff are trained to be compassionate and understanding of the population we serve. To that end, we find this review troubling and certainly would like to discuss it further with you.
