        Not only did Mike do the most thorough mold exam possible, but he was making us laugh and smile the whole time. He made a stressful process much easier and truly relieved an immense amount of anxiety for me through his knowledge and expertise. I will never use anyone else after our incredible experience with Family Home Inspections!

        I can not reach Mike Smith by phone, voicemail mailbox has been full for more than a week. Has not responded to my email request for a copy of the Assessment Report. Paid in full and now he has disappeared. Makes me wonder about the quality of his assessment!

        knowledge was lacking. Had to ask if he had checked certain things and he had not. Failed to fully inspect certain areas that i later had to pay to fix/replace after I closed on the house.
