This billing department should be charged for fraud they tell me we take your insurance the insurance pays and I end up with a deductible 3 times more that what insurance pays when I call them they tell me we were not aware of the deductible

Terrible. Charged a grand for a allergy test AFTER insurance, and billing department love to play phone tag. Truly a joke of a company that takes advantage of their patients. And during COVID, so I cant imagine how many people who are now hundreds of dollars in debt on top of being unemployed. Sick
