Stephan was wonderful to work with. He stained and refinished our hardwood floors and they came out absolutely beautiful! He finished them in a timely manor and his craftsmanship and work ethic were great. Stephan was prompt to answering our phone calls and text messages and was very easy to communicate with. Very professional our floors were the original floors when the house was built 60+year ago the floors were so damaged some boards had to be replaced also made up a custom stain and I love them..

Stephan came and sanded my 1955 original hardwood floors in my livingroom, diningroom and hallway. He had to work around a disabled woman, 2 teenaged boys, a dog and a cat. He was very patient and courteous. The job is very professionally done and I would highly recommend this company. He is a very hard worker and very patient. Thank you Artisan!
