Pella was wonderful in helping me pick out replacement windows and the installers were professional and personable. They took their time and did the job right. Prices were exactly in the range I expected and worth every penny. I would go back to Pella for services again.

I am extremely upset with the service that I have not received from Pella - My December 2nd, 2019 install of 10 windows and 1 sliding glass doors which was supposed to be a 3 day install has yet to be completed and it is January 9, 2020 and I have not heard from the company since December 18th! The windows were installed - but never finished either inside nor outside - the installation crew was taken off my job and given another job and have never seen an install crew since December 12th - the Sales manager came and saw the job that was left behind and still nothing is being done about any of this - Sliding glass doors were left without moulding, you can see the yellow insulation foam, screens that do not fit the windows, no moulding on some windows - my house looks like an eye sore both inside and out! Very sorry I chose Pella Windows! After spending this kind of money on windows I expected a lot more than I got for my money! Deborah Siff
