        We waited close to an hour on our food after ordering it,while people who ordered after us,got their meals. Once we finally go it,the ribs were nice and hot and the rest of us got steak which was barely warm anymore. We did complain to the waitress who offered to make more but we weren't going to wait that long again. Very disappointing especially since it's not cheap food!

        We usually go to the Texas Roadhouse in Watertown but thought we'd try this location because we were in the area. We waited 15-20 minutes for a table and when we got it our server looked very unhappy and annoyed like she didn't want to be there. We placed our orders and got them after 30 mins, I ordered a medium well steak and when it came it was very rare and my husband's food didn't taste fresh at all. We always loved the atmosphere, goodvibes, and food but this visit in this location was not pleasant whatsoever
