        UPDATE: Award-winning Chef Bear is now gone-- apparently unceremoniously and mysteriously ousted by the new 317 management from what I understand (Im friends with him)...I will certainly Miss Chef Bear's food and hope to see him return to another restaurant nearby. I will keep the 5 star review but I can no longer really judge the food quality, as I dont plan on eating there again. I've eaten at Parisa's several times now and I have to say the food quality, atmosphere and customer service are all excellent. The atmosphere is upscale and classy, and the food is interesting and unique (Persian-American Fusion?) and could easily stand as some of the best food I've had in Syracuse.

        If you have not stepped foot in this place. I am sorry. Do yourself a favor and get some of the best food around. Hands down in my top ten places to go around Syracuse for food.
