Just The Right Stuff

You can always depend on the local company!! We have an office in TX that does most of our graphic work and ordering. We recently needed some print materials for a presentation here in Syracuse, when the "national" company couldn't get us the work on time and it was stuck in transit, Just the Right Stuff came in just in time!! They were able to turn our order around in no time. I called, immediately got a receptionist, not a recording, explained our situation and that we were desperate and they said no problem!! Our marketing and outreach teams are so appreciative and glad we don't have to show up empty-handed at our presentation!

Incredible customer service and embroidery/quality of products is top notch! I've ordered 6-7 polos from them over the course of a year and only one had a tiny mistake in the embroidery. They were so kind and understanding that they fixed it up and even threw in some other gifts for the minor inconvenience which I wasn't expecting. I love their work!

Christina was the best! She helped get our volleyball team outfitted with custom tshirts. She even helped make recommendations to make the logo pop. I would definitely order from just the right stuff again because of her!
