Corvel is probably one of the worst companies to work for. They spend all of their time mandating useless company events to portray to the public that they are a well oiled machine when in fact, they are not. In order to keep this anonymous I will refrain from being too specific. They do not train their employees properly. The supervisors would rather take about irrelevant topics, opposed to training newly promoted employees. When brought to the supervisors attention, nothing gets done. If you seek help with anyone BUT your supervisor (who has proven to be 0 help) you are told to take any and all issues to your supervisor. Rather than helping new employees by spreading workload among tenured employees, they dump the majority of new cases on their newest employees and essentially say "figure it out". This review is geared towards their Syracuse location and I truly hope this reaches the right person/people and they make some serious changes to how they operate. Start helping your employees, and stop stressing them out.
