Asti Caffe

I went to the restaurant for the first time tonight. The food was great. Our waiter was amazing. Good atmosphere . would highly recommend this restaurant. Will be back again.

Would not accept Groupon even though there were no exclusions on the Groupon Will be contacting the BBB and State Attorney General for fraudulent advertisement. Lame manager excuse for how it nearly ruined the business by accepting them on Fridays. Very poor customer service, extremely unaccountable.

Best Utica Greens in the city !!!! And I’m from Utica- so I know a bit about this. All their food is really great. Small and very comfortable. Authentic. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

Stay far away from this place. After my brother purchased my parents a 100 dollar gift card there for christmas, they finally decided to use it and invited me. We get there at our scheduled reservation and are greeted by the hostess who can not find our reservation even though my parents called to confirm on consecutive days. Once that debacle is cleared up and they "squeeze us in" (mind you the place was empty), we are seated in the dinning room. We order drinks, the soda comes right away but the alchohol took nearly 20 minutes. We order and the food comes. It looked and tasted fine at the time. So we eat and get the bill and give the 100 dollar gift card. Comes back with a zero balance. Impossible because my brother paid on his card and we had the original receipt he got from buying the gift card. They refused to honor it and made us pay cash for our meals, saying the owner would look into it. Anyways I get home and get deathly sick about 2 hours later worst stomach ache of all time. Thanks Asti Caffe. NOT!
