        The agent has taken 3 weeks now to get back to me about an accident that was their insured driver's fault can't even call or email back. Horrible.

        This company is terrible. I was involved in an accident with one of their customers back in 2018. The other driver was at fault for the accident as stated by the police report. Trying to get ahold of the agent was impossible I would call her and not receive a response for weeks at a time. And was told I would receive 20% of the repair costs of my car because they still felt their driver was not at fault. its been 3 years and still haven't received anything.
