Hanover Insurance Company

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. I've left emails and voice mails with no response for 3 weeks. Their local office directed me to the phone service. If their client drove as slow as this company handles situations the person that hit me would be 4 states away.

You are on your own for road side “assistance.” First time I needed a tow I entered a request. After waiting for an hour, I called back to learn they couldn’t find some one. Would’ve been nice to be notified by them. Second experience I needed a tow a service provider arrived in estimated time but with jumper cables. So we’re paying for road side assistance that provides frustrating, very delayed assistance.

If I could get away with 0 stars I would. Worst company ever such a ripoff. They have random fees then when u make a payment they decline it without even telling you until u get a cancelation letter then they claim theres no way to fix it but they'll be nice and waive fees. What the fees you planted yourself??! If you have a policy cancelation get out fast. Horrible company. On top of that they're charging me a full month insurance when it was cancelled before the next due date..horrible company

Avoid this company at all costs! Especially a salesman named Michael Lodge. He is absolutely the slimiest insurance salesman I’ve met. You will get quoted great rates and then a couple days later (after you’ve signed the paperwork) he will raise you rates for x reason. Avoid Hanover. Avoid Michael Lodge.
