Temperature pro

I called today after my furnace stopped working and spoke with Amber. She was polite and helpful. Stated a Service Tech would be there in the mid afternoon. Gary showed up at 1pm. He was polite and professional and ascertained the problem and fixed my older furnace. He even gave me future options on replacing my furnace in the future. Everything he said was detailed and well explained. The only thing I can say is I am thrilled with the experience and would definitely call these folks again. When I need a new furnace I want that guy to install it. If every service tech was like that guy, with the moment I started contact with Amber, there would be no need for reviews because those two hit it out of the park. Thanks a million, folks!

This Co. called my house 2 times within 2 mins. When my answering machine picked up. They axcted like little school kids and just hung up with out leaving any message. That is very rude and very unprofessional and you can be sure I will NEVER use Temp Pro for anything.

Lets sum up Temperature pro: Lies, Late, Broken promises, Overstated HVAC skills, Great Marketing. When amber says "I'm just trying to be honest and upfront" after she makes promise after promise it just a lie. This guy Gary came out to my house after missing two appointment times in a row. He says yes to everything, quotes me $1000.00 to do something, then I tell him he is a bit high and he says, no problem, how about $500.00? I say do it. When I call the office, mysteriously Gary is no where to be found and Amber says its beyond their skill set. Which is bizarre since they made promise after promise and lied about everything. I found them by doing a search on Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning, apparently they are part of a franchise that does online marketing and puts in a google ad for all of their competitors. To be fair, they didn't claim to be Isaac, but said they could do everything Isaac could do, a lie. They claim to have four technicians, but I believe it is Gary, his wife Amber and Amber's Brother. They come to the job site in a tricked out van, but cannot do basic work. I would prefer the guy in a rusty old truck with Integrity and skills. This is what happens when someone who doesn't know anything about an industry "buys-in" to the industry by buying a franchise.
