        didn't turn in the correct paperwork to disenroll so had to go thru another MONTH of AWFUL customer service/waiting on hold an hr or more just to set up medicab. then medicab doesn't even show up for my grandfathers SURGERY in liverpool (i live in cortland) & i call customer service TWICE w/ NO CALL BACK!! the WORST!! if u could give ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!!

        Scheduled for transportation service an week ago for my Mom for Doctor appointment. Never showed up, Never called. Waited long time in phone call. Disconnected few times. It was our first time, trying to get a service. Very very disappointed

        This organization is the absolute best. I had an incision that didnt heal correctly and the nurses that came to my house were so nice and so professional. I had many an emotional breakdowns thinking my wound would never heal and these nurses were just so helpful and calming. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so very much for all you did for me.
