Jon, the sales rep that was sent to my house was rude. He was so rude I tried to find a different company that could replace my ac but no one was close in price. I ended up giving in and messaging the rep to get it scheduled. I contacted him and he kept saying that he would schedule it the following day and would not reach back out to me. I called the office and told them I wanted a new sales rep and was sick of dealing with the other one. He then finally scheduled the appointment the following day. It took him 13 days to schedule this appointment. When he scheduled it he said they were upgrading my system to a larger one for free for my patience. This ended up being a lie as the system was not upgraded. Also while he was performing the quote it was discussed that they would not do the electrical and he told me that I would have time to get it done after they set it up. I rushed to get the electrical done that way it was all set for when they did come. Once he finally scheduled the appointment, it did end up being the day after. Just took two weeks to schedule.
The tech came out and was amazing and very professional. He said it would take 6 to 8 hours and had it done it four. He answered all the questions I had. There was some confusion when he started, as my sales rep told him he had to run all new electrical, yet the sales rep had me plan to get it done. If he informed me that this service was included, instead of telling me I had plenty of time to get it finished, I would have saved a good bit of time and money. I was told at the end the sales rep would contact me for paperwork and payment. A week later Jon messaged me asking if I had paid yet. It should not be my job to chase him down to perform his job.
Overall, the price was the best around by hundreds of dollars, the tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job. You just have to make it past the terrible sales reps first.

After getting quotes from four different local vendors, Chiodo Came in with the best numbers by landslide. We were able to get a new furnace and add central air for significantly less than the next closest quote for furnace only! We were able to go from to installation less than one week. Our installers were time, polite, and got the job done seamlessly. I will forever recommend this company.

Furnace stopped working. They came over within 15 minutes to inspect and recommended a replacement of my 20 year old furnace due to corrosion and elevated carbon monoxide levels. Pulled crew off lesser jobs as they treated situation as an emergency due to CO levels and possibility of freezing pipes. They showed up 30 minutes later and installed new furnace in a few hours. Very professional, concerned about our well being and reasonably priced. The best contractor I have dealt with in my 50+ years. If you ever have a HVAC issue, only company I would call. Just an awesome experience and company!!!

This HVAC Company is extremely reliable and professional. While shopping around for estimates, they took the time to address concerns with my electrical panel that needed to be addressed prior to the AC install. They even went as far as referring me to an extremely thorough and professional
Electrician that took care of me within 24 hours of the call. Angelo Chiodo is truly a one stop shop and I will refer them and the electrician to anyone and everyone!
