We continue to be happy customers. Our last 9 family/work vehicles have been through Summit Dodge. While every experience has been great, I am thrilled with my most recent purchase. Love my truck.
The service department takes great care of me when I have a need. I do all my regular maintenance there. I haven't been disappointed with anyone in sales. Brandon in service always takes good care of us.

Service department are a bunch of crooks. If you want to get robbed and not get your car fixed, this is your place. Talk to Brandon M. or Jason Bagozzi, the crooked services manager, they're real pros at this.
During the cold spell in February the battery died in my 2013 Wrangler. Put the battery charger on it and it wouldn't take a charge. Took the 5yr old battery out of my summer car and dropped it in. Ran fine ever since. The original battery was under warranty, so I called Brandon M. at Sumthings Dodgey to confirm (27k mi). They initially wanted me to put the bad battery back in the Jeep and have it towed in under my roadside assistance. I convinced them to let me drive it in with the bad battery on the floor of the Jeep.
Well I got a call back that they found my aftermarket remote starter after an hour of diagnostics. My warranty was voided and I needed to pay them $103 for their time to NOT fix anything. Crooked services Manager, Jason Bagozzi, told me the "bottom line" was that I needed to pay for their time if I wanted my Jeep back. (Oh, they never touched the dead battery in the back of the Jeep).
There is a reason they have tall locking fences they keep all their serviced cars behind. Don't expect a customer satisfaction survey post service either, because you're not a customer you're a victim. Once you hand them your key, it's their blank check.
9 out of 15 reviews were one star (the lowest possible) = 3.4 out of 5? What kind of math is that?
You've been warned.
PS: I emailed the Managing Partner of the stealership, Lou Valarino, about my experience. Nothing back.
UPDATE: Lou called me back, after a couple weeks, to tell me he's been doing this for 35 years and doesn't appreciate being called a crook. That's what he called to tell me.
UPDATE: More than two years later and double the miles on the Jeep. That same old battery is in without a single issue.

I started buying cars from Summit Dodge in 2006 and during the ten years, I have purchased 9 cars from them - from both the new and used sales departments. Unlike the stereotypical "car salesman", I have found the Summit salespeople to be friendly and helpful people, taking a personal interest in us as customers. I have recommended a number of family and friends to go buy their vehicles from them and they have all been very satisfied as well. I would never do this if I didn't feel comfortable with them myself.
I also choose to bring all of my vehicles to them for service. Not only have I been pleased with their work, but I find them accommodating with my schedule as well.
As for the negative reviews on here, it's unfortunate that people typically only write reviews when they have had a bad incident. Know that I am writing because of the many years of quality experiences I have had with Summit Dodge and that I speak on behalf of hundreds of other satisfied, regular customers of theirs.
