I wrote the review below about two years ago. I feel it now appropriate to update my review. Everything I said before stands just as true today as it did two years ago. In fact, Mr. Buitron has continued to represent me in and out of court these past two years. His performance has remained beyond reproach. To reiterate, his pleasant, calm demeanor makes every interaction with the court or other attorneys an absolute delight! And, yes, we were victorious in every proceeding, just as before! This past spring, Mr. Buitron was principally responsible for having the county court overturn a mistaken felony conviction. The record was expunged and sealed! In fact, without going into detail, this was the first time in over 20 years that a conviction of this sort was vacated! The court proceeding took under ten minutes and the judge didn't hesitate for even a moment to overturn the conviction. So, once again, if you need a forthright, honest, hard working attorney, Mr. Buitron is the attorney to counsel and represent you. Mr. Buitron has been my attorney since August, 2012. He has counselled me and aided me with several legal issues and has represented me with a variety of government agencies as well as in Court. At all times, Mr. Buitron was well informed of the law, well prepared, and well spoken as my representative both in and out of Court. His manner is one of genuine concern and compassion. He always had a "handle" on the situation and readily anticipated apposing counsels' arguments. My favorite anecdote is one in which I asked him, after yet another victory, why we kept winning. His soft spoken response was simply "Because we're right!". In fact, while we may have been "right", I think all our successes, and we were always victorious, were attributable to his honest, humble, hardworking, inciteful approach to the law. If you need a man who will be straight with you and tell you like it is, while working diligently on your behalf, Mr. Buitron is the attorney to choose.

TOP NOTCH ATTORNEY IN SYRACUSE Mr. Buitron is a caring, professional, knowledgable attorney that I was lucky enough to represent me in my divorce case. Not only did he care about the case, he cared about me as a person and how I was dealing with it all. I would recommend him to anyone that is going through this difficult time!!!!

I would recommend Steve to anyone!! He handled my case quickly and professionally and was always available right on the spot or would get back to me quickly. I always felt like he cared about me and didn't just look at me as another client. Definitely worth the call!

Steve Buitron and his law office have exceeded my expectations. Steve have represented me on multiple occasions, each time proving to be efficient and timely. I would highly recommend Buitron Law Office!

Best reviews money can buy Pretty much EVERY SINGLE ONE of these reviewers are fake. Absolutely no attorney has a perfect rating from EVERY reviewer online. 9 out of 10 times someone goes online to review someone/something it's to rate negatively, that's just factual statistics. But apparently Steven has such great representation in and out of the courtroom that everyone goes online to proclaim how he's godlike. I paid for Stevens services, I know first hand his lack of professionalism. I've witnessed first hand people in his office complaining about him. I've heard his own employees chatting with each other about paying customers furious at what he's done, or better yet hasn't done, for them. So since Steven takes the time to use his fake accounts to repost and update I will to. Am I sour and enraged at what he did to me, my daughter and my case he was paid UPFRONT in FULL about. You bet your sweet-a** I am. My entire intentions is to point out how awful a human being an attorney this **** is. People need to be told and understand first and foremost Steven is NOT a family attorney. He's just another lawyer that has almost NO experience in actual family court cases, ZERO experience in Family Court Trials that's decided to double his income by going from criminal defense to Family Court. Some of the smartest fake reviewers I've ever seen. Click on them yourself. Check and see every one is from a fake Google account and that's how I fell victim to his scam. Google is now checking into the IP addresses of the reviewER and are going to take appropriate action for falsifying reviews. Already several were removed that I flagged as fake but stopped so others could see for themselves. Lawyers are now starting to get in legal trouble for doing this. Perhaps he needs to learn other areas of the law on his behalf now. Hands down one of the worst attorneys I've ever dealt with and being a custodial parent of my son and soon to be of my daughter I've met a lot. Three separate times my custody agreement had to be retyped because he wrote the order wrong and in doing so I lost out on months of being able to see my daughter. My own attorney working against me. It wasn't bad enough that he completely lied about everything he promised? Even after being told of the mistakes his reply was "I thought she was going to follow the order." Seriously? She actually did follow the order...that you wrote wrong... Even after being told of the mistakes MONTHS went by before he re-submitted a corrected custody agreement. MONTHS!!!!!!!!! This is what I paid a $2500 retainer for? Oh, but be careful because regardless you sign a retainer agreement according to Stephen it's a flat fee and don't expect an itemized bill either. Least professional human I've dealt with in years. Should be ashamed but this guy apparently has zero shame if he's willing to submit fake reviews about how great he is. First court appearance he shows up as I was being called in and had his assistant there to handle my case. Least dependable attorney, avoid at all costs. Filling complaint with grievance committee because it's illegal to do some the things that this guy did. At first meeting I told Steven that under no circumstances was I going to settle for anything less than custody. I wanted to go to trial if she was unwilling to give custody. At pretrial, with my daughters doctor there to testify against the defendent Steven did NOT want to have the trial. Either too afraid or in my opinion too ignorant to handle one he made it perfectly clear he did not want to have the trial. I was informed after the trial his services were done and he couldn't have billed out 1/3rd of the retainer. This is when he informed me that it's a flat fee. Something the grievance committee isn't happy about. This guy is exactly the dirt-bag lawyer you hear and are warned about. Absolutely ignorant in the courtroom and to inexperienced in family court matters. Do NOT hire this person because he's sure as hell not a lawyer. Karma, it comes for us all.
