If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is awful! Avoid ReBecca’s Bridal at all costs! I called about a month ago to set up an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses from the Dessy collection. The lady I spoke to was extremely pleasant and assured me that we would have the place to ourselves and that they had plenty of Dessy dresses there. When we arrived, there were others shopping and the lady working did not give me the time of day. I told her we had an appointment, we were supposed to have the place to ourselves and we were there to try on Dessy dresses. She quickly responded telling me they only had a handful of them and doesn’t know why I was told that. I asked if she could please pull the Dessy dress they have and she said she hasn’t worked in months so she doesn’t even know what Dessy dresses they have. She continued doing what she was doing and ignored us. Another customer came up to us and goes “They only tell you all of that to get you in the door.” After the lady heard this, she immediately tried to be helpful and began pulling the Dessy dresses they had and gave us the Dessy book. My girls tried on a few dresses but we were absolutely repulsed by the customer service and lack of caring that we left and went elsewhere. I will never reccommend this place to anyone!

I had been to so many bridal shops and did not find the one. David's Bridal was the absolute worst, the people could have cared less that we were there. I was feeling so discouraged and happened to find Rebecca's. I went in not expecting to find anything at all. I was greeted by the nicest people who really helped me find just what I was looking for! I can't thank Rebecca's enough :)
