Absolutely awful experience. Brought my car to get a sensor and sway bar replaced and it came back in worse shape than I brought it. They removed my fender flares and left them in my backseat for whatever reason. Had no problems with the door sensor before I brought it in. Got it back and he took every dome light in my car out. My rearview mirror has parts hanging down that never hung before. he had my car for 4 weeks on a job he guaranteed would take 2 days. Owner Tim refuses to answer the phone. They dont call with any updates or mistakes they make. My friend is currently going through the same thing I went through. All in all trueline collision is a terrible excuse for a business. It's very unprofessional. Bring your business elsewhere if you enjoy having your vehicle.

In the past it was good but after changing the dye the employee was very bad I tried to try them out in the good but after the last experience they broke up some parts in the car and the staff did not know anything about the repair and modification and dyeing and I had them due to negligence and negligence with Science paid the full amount before completing the car and I do not advise anyone to experiment with them.
They do not know the modern car repair and the staff break anything in the car because they are not skilled.
