        NO ANY EFFECTIVE AND SINCERE communications, no any phone calls or e-mail or certified mail that looks not like a spam, they will just sue you directly. Yes, if you were in contract with some company once, you'll probably receive such a big surprise from the district court one day. Avoid using those companies treat customers badly.
