Not even sure where to begin. When you step foot in this store, its like going back in time. Customer service is a lost art. But theres still hope! Berger Brothers is just that. Oozing with great customer service. When you walk in, you need to bring your patience hat with you. Its super busy always, and now I know why. No one does it like they do. The guys behind the counter will spend all day with you if need be to make sure youre outfitted with exactly what you need. Their inventory is huge, and theres NO waiting for something to come in. Frank originally helped me with an entire Nikon setup for sports photography. Unfortunately none of the collegiate stadiums allow removable lens cameras. Brad the owner exchanged ALL my gear no questions asked 3 weeks later and Mark outfitted me with a perfect all in one Sony solution. Doug, with the patience of a saint took care of the entire transaction and got me in and out. Even if (which they arent) more expensive than a big boxed store, theres no way Id ever not support this place. They have what 99% of what retail business lacks in todays world, people who know what the hell their talking about. If you ever need a real camera on Long Island, this is the ONLY place to shop. Youll want to hand over your credit card after the lessons these guys give you on your new gear. The experience is second to none. Thank you so much Berger Brothers Team!

Im a professional photographer and was in an emergency situation. It was a major flooding day (Friday night) (major storm) and I had an event on the next morning and couldnt find my godox flash charger anywhere. It was 5pm and nowhere else was open. I called ahead and they said they would be open until 6pm. My whole shoot would have been a disaster without this amazing store. Thank you to the whole staff for staying open even during a storm and for having the most up to date equipment for sale to save me . They are incredibly knowledgeable and only have the best inventory for photographers. I will be a loyal lifetime customer :) thanks everyone!
