Whatever you do do not see these doctors. Dr. Weingarten is the biggest scatterbrain I have come across. Besides being completely impersonal, he forgets to send my medication to the pharmacy every single month. Being a pain doctor, this is critical to a patient that is in pain. Besides the fact that I don't like calling the office for my meds and having them treat me like I have a problem. He performed a procedure on me and never once looked at me, or discussed anything with me. As if I were just a number. The office staff are completely unfriendly and have absolutely no personalities whatsoever. I am currently seeking new pain doctors.

The location at 366 N Broadway , Jericho is an absolute joke. Be prepared to wait at least an hour beyond your set appointment. The staff are not particularly helpful, they think it's fine that you waste half your day to wait and see the Dr. Our first visit we waited an hour and 40 minutes, the second just about an hour. Unless you have nothing better to do with your time, find another practice, that don't complain about how little Medicaid pays them !

Been going to COMPREHENSIVE PAIN MANAGEMENT for about two years now and my quality of life has improved greatly. As most people know, finding a QUALITY pain management doctor can be quite challenging. Dr Weingarten and his staff always treated me with kindness and concern at all my visits. As with most medical offices the quality of care is enhanced by the doctors staff. At every visit I received EXCELLENT help and treatment by the staff here helping me cope with my over- whelming pain. The staff, along with Dr Weingarten, were great at getting my needed procedures approved despite my Insurance carrier doing their best to stop me from getting the medical treatment I needed. As far as any negative reviews seen here, all I can say is I have witnessed overbearing PROBLEM PATIENTS giving the poor staff unbearable complaints and blame the staff for what they had nothing to do with. The staff STILL remained kind, friendly and helpful with their problems despite verbal abuse by these patients who I felt just wanted to blame anyone BUT themselves for their problems. That is when I knew I was in a medical office of amazing quality. Finally when being treated by Dr Weingarten, I have never felt hurried and my medical questions are answered with respect and caring and I always feel better having been seen by the good doctor.
