        I have been a client of fidos fences for over 25 years. I have two Rottweilers and the fence has been malfunctioning lately. In the past this company has always gone above and beyond to stand behind their product. However, today they told me they could not help me whatsoever and to come and look at the property they would need a credit card. I am disgusted by the way I was treated, considering how much money and loyalty over the years and referrals I have given them. Shouldnt a company who has been in business as long as they have stand behind their product and ensure the safety of both the owners and the pets they claim to protect ?!? When I asked for the owner a woman claimed she was the owner, only to then back track and say what difference does it make this company only cares about profits and GOUGING their clients for as much money as possible. Customer service is a disgrace too. I guess they really take advantage of the phrase people will do anything for their pets including spending unnecessary money to fix their problematic and defective products.
