Doesn't even deserve a one star rating. To start off, two of us went there to meet two other friends. Walked in, Aussie waitress came to seat us and we said we were waiting for two other women. We were asked if we wanted to be seated or wait for them - we decided to wait to be seated. Went to sit outside as it was nice out. Sat outside for about 15-20 minutes when we get a text from our friends asking if we were almost there because they were upstairs sitting down waiting for us. Told them we were outside and went right inside. They said they had told the same waitress the same thing.. that they were waiting for two other women. Duh! Aussie waitress not smart enough to put two and two together and say, "I think your friends are upstairs." We order drinks... one was for a glass of water with extra lemon - comes with one slice of lemon. Aussie lass is asked to bring more lemon... twice. Finally brings it and gives it to the wrong person. I ask for hot tea... I get water that was barely hot enough to brew the tea bag. We order chicken wings for the table... no plates. Our food comes about 5 minutes after the wings come out. Not good timing for sure. At some point, one of the women orders a hot tea. Twenty minutes later Aussie still hasn't come back with the tea, yet she's been back and forth a few times. Finally we ask for the tea and her answer is, "It's coming." I responded, as she's walking away, "So is Christmas". She gets about 5 feet away and turns around and says "I heard that". Don't think she understood what it meant, but she heard it. She never once came back to ask if we wanted another drink, or to see if we wanted anything else. I was afraid to ask for another cup of tea ... I'm sure I'd still be sitting there waiting for it. This is one place I would NEVER recommend to anyone. The turkey panini was cold cut quality turkey, the "sauteed" mushrooms on my burger were ice cold, the wings were cold. Maybe if it takes that long to get the food from the kitchen downstairs to the second floor, they shouldn't serve hot food up there. Cross this place off my list of places to go!!

Had a pretty good experience here last night - getting together with friends I haven't seen in years (we had a party of 30+) was a lot of fun. I have to say that our server, Pierce, was so personable and attentive! We as a whole group did not make it easy to serve food or track orders as everyone pretty much stood up all night moving from one group conversation to another. But Pierce handled it well - always calm, friendly and polite. I never had the feeling we were annoying him or making his night hard for him - he was great. I did order the soup of the day which was chicken and rice and the romaine wedge salad with grilled chicken. The soup was nice and hot, and tasted homemade - I thought it was delicious. The salad was ok - the chicken was seasoned nicely. I would like to go back again without the crowd for a couple drinks at the bar and a regular sit down meal... Hope to have service like we received tonight then as well.
