In my meeting with Eli, we discussed my current job situation as well as future career goals. He was incredibly personable, truly listened and was generous with his wealth of knowledge, giving me tons of advice specific to my situation during our conversation, as well as sending me many great resources afterward. What I like about his approach is that personal fulfillment and work-life balance is at the heart of his guidance, not just climbing the ladder and getting the highest possible paycheck (which he will also help you do.) It’s very balanced and thoughtful work and I gained a lot from speaking with him and would highly recommend him to anybody looking to advance in or change their career.
