Called Blue Chip and spoke with an extremely knowledgeable man. He gave me his time to help customize a bed system. Then I found out he was the owner. He was extremely patient and very caring. That is customer service you just can't find anymore!

I have purchased a GRZ mattress for my handicapped brother due to bed sores. It worked great for months and he was healing, then failed. Blue Chip repaired it and it worked well for a few more months, then failed. Same thing again except that the third time it failed, repairs did not work. Blue Chip tried to repair it 3 different ways after that and it no longer works, aggravating instead of relieving my brother's bed sores. The mattress has a 5 year warranty and Blue Chip will not repair or replace it, nor will they respond to my attempts to reach customer service. I was really happy with Blue Chip initially, but they do not honor their warranties, nor even provide them in writing. While nothing has changed with my handicapped brother, Blue Chip insists the failure is his fault and will not share any data with me to prove that. Bottom line, the mattress is not even 2 years old and it has become a very expensive piece of junk.
