Never be on time, made me wait over 2hours without any explanation, no respect for people time value. Ruined my day schedule terribly, yet no choice for paitient other than waiting. Extremely frustrating.

The lady at the desk was rude, disrespectful, arrogant and unknowledgeable. She had zero listening capability. The patient needed a specialized ultrasound but she rudely did not even allow the patient to speak. She wasted so much time in just uttering completely unnecessary general information at the patient that the patient never needed, and the patient already knew. The patient quietly listened , but after the secretary finished when the patient tried to explain what she needs and why , she did not even allow the patient to say even the first few words of her first sentence. Very rude.

Had a great experience at the Riverhead office. They were pleasant, on time and quick for my mammo. Will definitely use them again next year.

Incredibly ridiculous! We arrived on time and they made us wait so long! We were the first to arrive! There is no excuse for this!

Cannot get through to make an appointment, message always says to call during business hours! Tried that, same message, "experiencing technical difficulties!" Are these the people you really want to treat you????? If I could post negative stars, I would!
