Ace Paving and Sealcoating

A neighbor hired Ace Paving and the workmen terrorized this small neighborhood by constant excessive speeding on our narrow streets. This continued past dark and there are no street lights. Trucks not well maintained and burning oil fumes trailed as the vehicles sped by. One neighbor went to speak to the Ace employees and one Ace employee got right up in his face. There were other contractors from other companies on the same job who were professional, immaculate, and well had well maintained vehicles. Ace should be ashamed of the behavior of the workers. Phone calls to the phone number on the side of the truck went unanswered. I cannot speak to the quality of work.

We had our parking lot repaved last week and are very satisfied. They worked around our schedule to keep us working with no disruption. The crew was extremely professional and helpful with requests we had. Even with rain, they completed the job on time. I am very big on customer service and Ace exceeded my expectations!

Got a price for binder in the fall and the next spring the top coat would be finished. When it came time to get the top coat done asher raised his price from the original agreement. He also quoted for work that was outside his ability. It wasn't until his father in law came to the job to help him did he figure it out. He's got an excuse for everything. Never gave him permission to post any photos either. He's a joke. Keep looking at other paving companies.
