We went there to celebrate my Mothers 97th birthday. I was pleasantly surprised at the renovations they have done. We had a very nice meal, and was well prepared. Our server did an excellent job in keeping drinks refreshed and food delivered hot. The atmosphere is comfortable and the decor is unique. We will be going back.

Took countryside road trip for something to do and came across Dutch Treat. Very old timey - wagon wheel chandeliers. Not retro- just old. But we enjoyed it probably because we're old too. I had baked haddock sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Fish over baked but tasty mild lemon pepper butter seasoning. Fries very good with great fluffy cinnamony dip. Hubby had soup and salad bar. Salad bar ok. He liked the soup. They have a country store section also. We enjoyed it overall- something different.

The dinning room was closed when we arrived. So we sat at a table in the bar area.. the atmosphere was nice and service was spot on. The food on the other hand was absolutely over priced. The liver and onions was incredibly dry (liver is dry to begin with) and the baked potato made it worse. The chicken parm was chicken parm, but definitely not worth the price. The veal Oscar was a huge disappointment. It is my wife's favorite meal and she was beyond excited because it is hard to find.
