Today I went here to get my white coat embroidered for school. As soon as I walked in, Lisa greeted me and was so kind. I brought with me my other white coat as well, that I had embroidered at a different place. I showed Lisa the coat as an example and told her that I needed my name embroidered and my school's patch put on. I also told her that I wanted the lettering bigger than my other coat and explained how I was unhappy with the job that the other place did. The other place I had gone to overcharged me a tremendous amount and did not even put the patch on for me because they said they couldn't, so I had to have my mom sew it on. In addition to being overcharged, this other place made me wait 4 days for the coat to be ready, which made me unable to wear it the first few days of school. Lisa was so surprised to hear this and made sure to make my new white coat look exactly the way I wanted. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. She showed me the design beforehand and the placement of the patch. She did it right on the spot for me and made sure it came out just the way I wanted. Not only does this place have affordable and reasonable prices, but the customer service is exceptional. I could not recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back soon for all of my embroidery needs. Thank you again, Lisa!
