This place is notorious for ripping people off without them even realizing it. They charge way more than other places and more often than not don't even replace your part. They'll put your old part back on and charge you for a new one. Don't trust them. Extremely manipulative.

Steven and James made my experience pleasurable. I arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. They were very patient and explained the finance options with no hidden costs. Within an hour we were able to make a deal that is fair and reasonable. I would recommend Manfredi Toyota - ask for Steve (Sales) and James (Manager) for a great experience.

Ok where should I start?First of,I'm really considering reporting this to Staten Island live!How in the world can a sales person treat people with disrespect.Arrogance and nastiness,just because he didn't like what other deal I got offered?Very rude and infront of a woman making the hand gesture that the other dealership is gonna f... me in another way,I'm very speechless,I guess the gentelman at the second desk with the blondish 3 day beard made his sales for this month,the second desk to the right as you walk in from the front door off Hyland Blvd. !

The worst experience ever. No respect to customer, attitude and lease price for highlander 500 to 600. Probably he didn't want to be bothered.
