        The environment is this office promotes patience, while some of the people waiting there having anything but, but I can not blame nor judge them for that. Anyone coming here to receive whatever service they're looking for at 60 Bay St, whether it's to get it find out information about Workers compensation, or another service, are usually at tough points in their life. It's important to treat these people with respect and not to judge them. Compassion is an important thing in this world, and I've seen it practiced by some employees here and I've seen it not practices. 3 stars.
