When you make appointment do not except them to show up. We called he said in couple hours and never showed up. Does not even call you that he is running late

Had an appointment to get a quote and he never showed up....never called to let me know he couldn't make it or to apologize. Definitely not someone you should do business with.

Robert told me he would be here between 9 and 11 today. He didn't show up so I called him 1130 he said he was running late he would be here 130 so 230 called him again said he would be at least another hour and guess what he never showed up. Got up early and waited all day for nothing. Was supposed to look at my roof that he put down a few years ago and my roof is leaking. I guess he doesn't care about his customers once they pay. Really upset.

Bobby is just awesome. If you need work done he is the guy. He and his guys will work hard to get the job done.

This is a very very delayed review. Im in need of some other non roof work and am planning to call Rob again for an estimate and wanted to see his reviews since this platform wasnt really around when I first used him.
Probably about 10 years ago I had a roof leak around a skylight. Called a company and they never showed up. Called Robert from an ad I saw on the back of those free newspapers they leave on your porch. Rob came and did the job but next rain still had some water. Called him back and he gave it a second shot. Next rain still had some remaining leak. Called him back and he gave it a third shot. This time they got it.
What Im getting at is you always hear horror stories about contractors so youre always left wondering about the service youll get. When after the initial attempt to fix the leak I continued to have problems I figured Id never get this guy back but he kept coming back until the leak was gone and without additional cost beyond the initial estimate and without any attitude.
Based on that I had told my wife when the time comes for a new roof Id definitely add him in my list of estimates. Service: Roof repair
